Gaskets To Go® Online Request for Quotation Form

Complete the form below and locate and attach a gasket image or blueprint using the Browse button located near the end of the form. Click the Submit button when you are done to submit your Request for Quotation. One gasket per RFQ please. [Note 1: You also can fax blueprints, images, or designs toll-free in the USA to 1-800-934-9248. Please click the down-pointing arrow to the right of the textbox below and let us know how the gasket will be used by double-clicking an application. If a gasket application for your gasket does not appear in the list, please select "I will describe the application in the text box below" and then type the information in the following text box.

6. Gasket dimensions:

Please indicate the width and length of the gasket. Type the unit of measurement (inches, millimeters, centimeters) in the Unit of measurement box.

Please indicate the number of gaskets you want here

Note: We will quote a price for the quantity you want as well as additional price breaks for quantities above and below the quantity you specify.

8. File attachment:

Press the Browse button to browse and locate a file on your computer or network containing an image or drawing/blueprint of the gasket. It is highly recommended that you rename the file before uploading so that it matches the gasket part number or ID you entered in line 3 above. For example, if your part number is 24-23546, an image file could be created and named 24-23546 followed by the appropriate file extension, e.g. 24-23546.jpg.

Important: Acceptable file formats: Word (doc.) Excel (.xls) Image formats (.gif, .jpeg., .jpg, .png, and .tiff), Adobe .pdf., and compressed files with .zip extensions.
