You can specify the type of rubber and characteristics you want. Most of our customers specify NBR because of its oil and gas resistant properties.

Contact us by e-mail with:
1. An image or blueprint attached. Please let us know dimensions if you are sending an image.
2. Include the weight of the item if you know that so that we can estimate shipping costs.

The type of rubber: Natural Rubber, NBR, or other, and the hardness in shore-A or similar if you know that (not required-we can duplicate from your sample if you don't know).
In most cases we can provide you with a quotation within 10 days.
Order Process:
1. Forward your item(s) or blueprints to us along with order details (rubber type, quantity, etc.).
2. Gaskets-To-Go® will send you a PayPal invoice for a 50% deposit. Note: You can pay that using your credit card and do not need to sign up with PayPal.
3. Gaskets-To-Go® will create steel tooling for your item(s) and run a small test batch. We will send several samples to you for your approval. [Timeframe: Average 30-40 days]
4. When your approval is received Gaskets-To-Go® will proceed with producing your order.
5. Gaskets-To-Go® will send you another invoice for the balance of the order including shipping. [Timeframe: Average 10-14 days after approval is received]
6. Your order will be dispatched as soon as Gaskets-To-Go® receives payment notification.
