Multi-Layer Steel (MLS) Gaskets

We can manufacture MLS gaskets for your car, truck, motorcycle, marine engine in quantities from one on up.

Our MLS gaskets are made from three layers of stainless spring steel with a special non-slip sealant on the outer layers. The outer layers are embossed around passages and bores. The inner layer is smooth. We can offer the thickness you want by changing the flat inner layer. We can make MLS gaskets from your old gasket or blueprint. Turnaround times currently average 7-10 days, although this can vary depending on workload and season.

If you can obtain the MLS gasket you need from a major supplier like Cometic you will find that we are not able to match their prices. However, if you require an MLS gasket that the major manufacturers do not stock you will find that they typically require something like an order of 80+ gaskets for a custom order. At Gaskets-To-Go we are happy to supply your custom MLS needs in quantities from one on up. Price for a typical 3-4 cylinder engine MLS gasket ranges from $109 to $139 per gasket depending on size, thickness, complexity, etc. For large bore engines and more than 4 cylinders prices may be higher. If you send an image of the gasket you need with L x W and thickness dimensions we can provide an exact quotation so that you can decide whether or not you wish to proceed before sending a sample gasket to us.
