AEC

This customer wanted a large quantity of copper sandwich head gaskets for the AEC 7.7 litre diesel engine used in the buses manufactured by AEC (U.K.) from the late 1930s up to the 1950s. The original sample supplied contained asbestos, but at the customer's request we used a non-asbestos filler in order to comply with EU regulations banning the import of asbestos gaskets.
